Frugal February Day 12

James made me a delicious brunch of bacon and eggs, followed by chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert. He's a keeper! The food was awesome. Hanging around his house in last night's sequinned dress was not.


But look! Reese Witherspoon was in the Herald today and she was wearing a sequinned dress too! Perhaps I am "with it"?

Mum bought fish and chips for dinner.

Tomorrow night James and I are having an early Valentine's Day date. He's taking me to see The Vow! Assumably we'll have dinner too. On the real Val Day we might have a picnic or something like that. It's thriftier this way - movie tickets are cheaper on Monday and restaurants don't make you order from an $80 set menu.
